The ECB kept its outlook roughly unchanged despite recent data disappointments. No details were given on reinvestments. Draghi did not offer a helping hand to Italy either. Italy continues to exert downward pressure on the euro and German yields.

The next ECB meeting on 13 December 2018 will be likely lead to a significant market reaction as significant decisions has to be taken.
