Investor demand for Spanish debt continues to weaken – 10Y yield trades above 6%. EUR/USD rebounds slightly after failing to break firmly below 1.30. Stocks traded without clear direction as US economic data came in mixed. Oil continues lower – Brent trades near USD118 per bbl. Focus today remains on earnings reports and Spain as well as German ZEW and US industrial production.
