European stock indices are lower early Friday after Thursday's central bank actions were deemed, on balance, negative for risk. Rate cuts and CB stimulus would normally support risk. US non-farm payrolls due later will determine Friday's outcome.

Yesterday’s  monetary easing by ECB, Bank of England (BoE) and People’s Bank of China (PBoC) so far  has  failed to  restore confidence in  the markets. ECB did deliver slightly more than expected on the interest rates
