A key report this week will be June retail sales to be released on Monday.  There are two key housing reports that will be released this week, housing starts on Wednesday, and the homebuilder confidence survey on Tuesday. Fed Chairman Ben Bernanke will provide his semiannual Monetary Policy Report and testimony to the House and Senate this week.
