Industrial production in the Eurozone is expected to decline sharply for August. US PPI is forecast to stay unchanged during September, while the University of Michigan's Consumer Confidence Index is likely to move lower in October.

We saw the first of Asia’s Q3 GDP numbers this morning with the release of Singapore’s data. As expected, Q3 was more disappointing than Q2 with a 1.5% contraction q/q but avoided a technical recession due to hefty upward revisions to Q2 data.
